May I ask what you mean by showing "electo-mechanical" in your profile? Also, is this a project you are planning to perform at your own home, or is it a paid assignment for a client?

We need to add a sub panel for a new computer room. The existing design of the room will trip the breakers. As it stands right now the servers are rated at 10 amp, and there are 5 of them and a stand alone a/c unit rated at 12 amp. We also have to add the isolated grounds for the new room. What a mean by electro-mechanic I wear several hats here at the plant.
Short answer is you can use a MLO (main lug only) panel for a subpanel if the main panel and the subpanel are within the same building.
Are you using a 120/240 volt system for a computer room?
