You would have to know what town (area) that the project is in. Most of the towns have there own building department. If you give me the town I maybe able to get you the phone number

You know could this, and might be article 682.---682.2 Definitions:Body of water that has been constructed or modified to fit some decorative or commercial purpose,such as but not limited to...Would a lake be a constructed fountian


I feel left out I don't have an article 682 in my code book??????
