Subpanel cable sizing for copper

Hello I am planning to connect a sub panel 3 feet away from my main panel. I would like to use copper wire through plastic emt. I believe for a 100amp breaker I need 4 gauge copper THHN-2. Can you let me know what size the neutral and ground need to be for this? Thank you very much
