I have a 100A subpanel in my basement that is fed from my 200A main panel. We have decided to install a kitchen as part of our basement remodel so I wanted to go back and make sure that 100A subpanel was still adequate. Here is what I used for my loading calculations. Did I forget anything, am I doing everything properly?

-General Lighting Load: (Note laundry is on main panel)
--1050(Square Footage) x 3VA = 3150VA
--2 Small Appliance Circuits for the kitchen 2x1500VA = 3000VA
--Total of 6150VA
--Demand Load = 100% of the first 3000VA and 35% of the rest
---3000 + 1102.5 = 4102.5

- A/C - Heat
--Gas Heat and A/C is on main panel

-Fixed Appliances
--Refrigerator - 1020VA
--Sink Pump - 876VA
--Dishwasher - 1440VA
--Disposal - 972VA
--Microwave - 1000VA
--Range Hood - 540VA
--Total = 5848
--Demand Load = 4386VA (4 or more appliance = Total load x 75%)

- Electric Clothes Dryer
-- No dryer installed or selected so I used the minimum 0f 5000VA

- Cooking Equipment
-- Electric Range rated at 15400VA
-- Demand Load = 8000VA + an additional 1200VA (15% - 5% for every 1000VA above 12000VA) = 9200VA

Total Service Demand = 22689 (4102.5+4386+5000+9200)
Demand Load = 22689/240 = 94.5A
Neutral Load = 76.785A (70% of Electric Dryer and Cooking Equipment + 100% of everything else)

Does this look OK to everybody?

Thanks,
