replacing cable in 480 volt oil immersed transformer uses 3 single core 35mm in primary was given cable with this info on it ,the cable was soft and rubbery

Usually the cables I have used for oil immersed applications are hard and tough and indicates oil resistance as is with the the older cable that is being changed out
I have searched for info on BS6195 and have not found any may I beg some assistance
the consequences if this cable is unsuitable will be grim -really bad
