Sump Pump Near Pool

I was wondering if there is a code legal way to do this install, I'm wiring an Inground pool and they have a sump pump within 10' of the pool, (high water table) ART 680.22 (A) (1) allows a receptacle within 10' but only for circulation and sanitation... Do I have them move the sump-pump 10' away from the pool or can I somehow get around this issue...

I think you're stuck, Stick. Looks like the receptacle needs to be 10' away by 680.22(A)(2), and GFCI protected by (A)(5). I think you may have escaped bonding it into the e-bonding grid per 680.26(B)(5), but I would personally be ready to anyway. Can't hurt.

Try 680.22 a 6. might be easier to build something around it than move it.
