Hey George, I was thinking 110.13 but was corrected. It's a 312.2 violation.

I don't think I would call that one. I might, but like you said at the time I probably would have seen it that stucco wasn't there.

Agreed Chris so I guess I need to cite all of the jobs in Georgetown. What about the brick jobs where they build out the equipment so the brick is finished flush with the back of the can?......312.2???? yes technically but I am not going to call it I reckon.

I'm sorry I posted this now. This was a big issue in the late 80's here and this type of install which was industry standard came to a screeching halt. I thought someone else here may remember those days and get a kick out of that.
