My guys turning on power after the mechanical contractor hit the 400 amp feeder as they were digging in front of the temp power board installing there chiller lines on the west side we have one on the east side also i cant wait for that to blow next .

They hit a few pipes we had to get the 400 amp on first!

We have two temp 1600amp services east and west .

This is due to a relocation of chiller lines and we had to turn on power fast concrete doesnt wait in the pump too long !

Green to X0
White to X3

I'm confused. What's up with that?

Edit: maybe that's blue, not white, but then I'd ask where the neutral is? I really should be asking why are you pulling a ground?

looks to me like the XO conductors have been reduced in size?
doe s not seem correct. X3 conductors being used as Grounding conductors instead of Grounded conductors.
are these installed per the Engineer 1 line?

That are set up properly.

Next time, I'll use a nice conductive steel scaffold if it gives you a warm and fuzzy feeling.

Exactly, when you decide it is OK it is fine, when someone else makes the same types of decisions you find fault with it.

Kind of hypocritical IMPO.

Next time I work on a ceiling fan that's 26' off the floor and it's energized, I'll call you and get an OSHA-approved method.
