Make sure that whoever gives you a price last minute supplies a written quote.
Sometimes the supply house will wing it and they have a tendency to forget what that number was that they gave you over the phone.
Also, the quantities that they are quoting may not be right.
I just bid a job that was quoted with twelve poles and twelve heads. The problem was that there were supposed to be two heads on each pole.
