In general - likely not.
If the two lines are associated with one another maybe in some instances.
Say you were supporting a raceway that supplied a solenoid valve in the gas line - most cases you may be allowed to do that, but you wouldn't be allowed to hang a totally unrelated circuit from the gas line, this would likely be a violation of the gas code more then NEC as well.

The NEC does not prohibit that however I would be very surprised if the mechanical or gas code does not prohibit it.
