I would assume below would be to hang threaded from ceiling and attach clamp to it to support conduit. THanks.

Why not as long as one hole strap and ancker bolt are raded for the wieght of both conduit and the wires inside. If you have a straight shot without need for too many saddles and offset bends. Hanging with all threads as you descirbe is good if you need to miss obsticles.

I don't see why not-as long as it is rated for the weight, as noted above-Personal preferance would be to mount strut or hang from threaded rod

There's no way I'd hang a 3" rigid on a ceiling full of wire with one holes. I'd be very surprised if they were rated for it. Unless you guys want to put them every 12 inches.....

The specs said they weigh .5 lbs each. They are likely heavy enough to do the job but remember they will not hold anymore than whatever fasteners are used can hold.
