Supporting and securing cable runs in vertical tray

NEC Table 300.19(A) proposes spacings for conductor supports. How can we design and install the cable supports in vertical runs? Verical runs pass through the elevations. if we apply sealing material on opening, then we need cable support in vertical runs?

Several mfgs make supports for vertical conductors, look at Hubble grips and OZ Gedney.

Where do we hang the eye of support grip in the middle of vertical cable tray.
In the bending position of cable tray from horizontal to vertical, it is possible to hang it on the provision located at the top of vertical tray. What can we do in the middle of vertical tray? How about an ladder type and solid bottom type?
