Supporting separate systems. Fire alarm and feeders

California OSHPD job. I remember seeing a code stating that power (branch or feeders), voice data, and fire alarm cannot share the same support. I believe the exact situation was involving pencil rods that I was called out on by IOR. On my current job we are being asked to add a fire alarm home run to our sub feed rack along the roof of building. I am trying a code or spec but cannot seem to find it. Anyone have any information? Could this have been a spec I read?

I am not familiar with a national code that would require that, as long as the rack was designed with all of the load in mind. Some Electrical Contractors will size the rack close to the conduit they are installing from a load standpoint, and the seperate voice / fire alarm contractor cannot prove that the small extra load can be handled by that rack that was installed by others.
