Surface mount cylinder downlight

Anyone know of a surface mount cylinder downlight that will fit on a 4in round box, is 8" or less long, and isn't $500 or an unlisted import? I can't believe I can't find such a fixture......

Thanks. Was looking for something with an interior baffle and a smooth matte finish. I should have been more specific. I might order one of these to see how it is. Going to use it with Soraa lamps and snap system filter and louver. Should look nice.
