I have to buildings that I'm getting a surge back into the building. I called the power company they told me there's nothing wrong on their end. I'm going to put surge protectors. I just want to hear from you guys. Is there anything else I should do

Please explain in detail what is happening. Did the power company use a recording meter? Spikes can happen from many things but what is happening to the equipment. Are they loosing equipment? You may have a loose neutral somewhere and that is throwing higher voltages ion one phase . Did you take readings?

install a recording power meter and see if there really is a problem.

surge protectors are a good idea anyway.

who did you talk to at "the power company"? most times they can only tell you they know of nothing wrong since if there is something wrong they knew about they would have fixed it.
