suspending rigid conduit form a box to mound a light fixture

Can you suspend a 5ft piece of 1/2 rigid from a 4-11 box, mounted to the ceiling, to mount a 1lb LED light fixture? conduit is only supported by the box.

I can't find an "official" answer but I would not be too concerned as the Steel City "SH" swivel hangers mount to a 4" box and are rated for 50 lbs.
