Swapping Cummins RSS200-6869 with Cummins Rss200-6635

Hey all

Have Cummins 20gsbb gen that was previously wired to 6869 ats. Had to swap to 6635 and install main disconnect due to housing of 6869 completely rusting away. Followed all wiring diagrams. Can’t get ats to throw on utility loss. Can manually start with utility off and it will transfer. Will transfer back with restoration of utility. Anyone have the cheat sheet diagrams for this particular combo?

Looks like most switches of this type, EL1-EL2 via relay K1 get connected to B1-B2 on the mechanism to make it transfer to generator. Trace it back and find out where the malfunction comes in

Hi. Did your swap work out? I have a Cummins generator with 300 hours on it. Repair guys telling me a need a new transfer switch. However cant find 6869?

Those numbers mean little. We need specifics to be helpful.

That is the model number of the generator transfer switch. Tomstrongisland mentions the same above.
