The only thing to watch is the equipment grounding conductor. There's some kind of confusing wording about where and how it is permitted to be spliced for the light circuit. If you just use one EGC for the light, and a different one for the receptacle, I think you'll be OK.
I would be concerned on the method of wiring to the receptacle {do you meet 680.23(F)(1) }, and, as mentioned, maintaining the "without joint or splice" requirement of 680.23(F)(2)
