am I reading 680 correctly? Does it require in 680-26 that a #8 be put into the concrete within 3 feet of the inside walls of the pool. the pool is indoors and will have ceramic tile floor. thoughts?
 
I assume you are refering to the perimeter surface's bonding requirement? If so, the best thing to do is review the proposals that were submitted to the NFPA that included this new provisions. The substantiation, whether oyu agree or not, is provided with the proposals.
