Ok I have a 2” RMT mast and entry into a 200 amp meter pan. House currently has a 1 1/4 RMT down out the bottom of meter pan and into the service panel in basement. This is fed with 100 amp wide for God knows why. Now I want to update the lower half into the house for 200 amp. So now I am ripping the lower RMT out and want to use PVC due to ease and a few of the turns I need to make. Is that allowed? And if so are there any special things I needs to do? I have 3 feeds of 2/0 copper for the hots and neutral. Do I need another wire for grounding or does the 2/0 neutral handle this? I have a 4 gauge grounding wire to enter the lug on top of the Square D Homeline panel and that feeds our to 5/8 ground rods. BTW this service entry is not near a driveway and in a barely seen or trafficked side of the house.
