T & M Software

I'm looking for an app & desktop software for T & M billing. Any suggestions? We usually use pre-printed spreadsheets for the guys to fill in quantities but trying to streamline things.

Presuming you are at very least trying to lessen hand written notes or forms and directly entering data into some device while on site that ultimately will transfer that data to whoever does billing and the billing person mostly just imports that data into the invoicing software or invoicing component of a software system rather than having to somehow manually go through the information and then make their own entries?

Yes, you are correct. It wouldn't even have to import into invoicing software, just having an electronic record and priced bill of materials would be helpful.
