Table 250.122 NEC 2017 derivation

I cited a code section that I say applies to this installation...read that code section and select a new EGC size based on that section.

250.122(B)(2) applies to instantaneous or magnetic only breakers. Which code states inside service rated fire pump controller/ats/disconnect all in one manufacturer use type of breaker?

Because of what it does, that is the function of that breaker...it is sized in a way that it will never open on long time or even short time current...it will only open on instantaneous, and that is how I size the EGC for that installation.

According to Table 250.102(C)(1) based on 2/0 awg cu then MBJ is #1 awg cu.

Is #1 correct?
