I was toying with the idea that it could be some sort of latching relay system to detect an actual lightning event. I'm not sure how that would even be useful, and I doubt that equipment would handle it anyhow.
 
A method of capturing stray voltage and storing/converting it to use as free electricity.

My guess is the shed is out in the boonies somewhere near some high-tension lines.

OK, Scully and Moulder have stumbled on to a secret 'tagging' location operated by the aliens. Located high in the mountains of Kansas, this is where they take their abducted human victims to insert those little electronic tags that Scully found in her neck.

Of course, the Cigarette Smoking Man is in charge of it all, and Moulder's sister is in charge of QC.

Should have known Iowa would come so close. You are scary.

It is on a dairy and this is supposed to block the ground currents that were detected by "witching". Have to admit his rods did not react after this was installed. The - is connected to the GEC with the + to the antenna. The photo cell and contactors reverse the polarity at dawn/dusk.

The battery will not need charging because the protons and electrons will keep it charged. I forget how, it was over my head. Maybe someone can explain it to me.

This is supposed to raise milk production within 24 to 48 hours.
