If a permit was pulled before Oct, 1, 2017 are tamper proof recpt. required in condos in CT
Actually we were on the 2011, skipped 2008. So TR's have been around awhile. We had arc fault only for the bedrooms but now have gone all the way with the adoption of the 2014.Yes, CT is under the 2014 NEC now, so TR is required. I know this is confusing since CT was on the '05 and skipped several code cycles, and went straight to the '14.
So to the OP you need TR's pretty much everywhere and arc fault protection for receptacles, lighting and smokes in the bedrooms.Actually we were on the 2011, skipped 2008.
