Must you install tamper resistant receptacles in a night club that you must be 21 to inter ? what code article please. ( 2011 nec ) thank you !

Take a look at 406.12, 406.13, and 406.14, nightclubs are not listed in any of these locations.

May be left up to interpretation. Dining and drinking facilities are included in that list. Also as stated in 518.2(A) “ shall include, but not be limited to”

In the 2011 only residential and (from 406.13 and 406.14) guest rooms and child care facilities require tamper proof.
