We also replace undersized transformers. However, with a voltage complaint, we look into how the transformer is loaded and what is causing the problem. In those cases, we will change the rate, not the meter. There is no demand meter on small commercial services.

There is no demand meter on small commercial services.

By small we usually mean less than about 3,000-5,000 kWh per month, and a demand less than about 20-30 kW.
