I INSTALLED A 200A/ 480V 3PH SERVICE WITH 200A FUSED DISCONNECT, RAN FEEDER (3/0 THHN) ABOUT 180' INTO 200A NON FUSED DISCONNECT, INSTALLED MULTI WIRE DEVICE WITH #6 THHN TO 60A FUSED DISCONNECT AND #2 THHN TO 100A FUSED DISCONNECT, BOTH WITHIN 3' TO 6'. I CONSIDER IT TO FALL UNDER THE TAP RULES ARTICLE 240-21 B AND 430-28(1) AND (2). BOTH THE 60A ANS 100A DISCONNECT ARE FOR CONCRETE MIXER MOTORS. THE INSPECTOR TURN IT DOWN FOR OVER FUSING THE TAP CONDUCTORS.

Re: TAP RULES

Please turn off the ALL CAPS feature. It makes the post more difficult to read. It is also considered impolite, as though you were SHOUTING at us.

I think this looks so much better.
