Tapped Disconnect

Is this legal per NEC Code?

I can't figure out how to make the picture any larger.

To clarify. There is a Bus Duct feeding a 100A Fused Disconnect (70A Fuses) with 6AWG THHN. From that disconnect, the load side is tapped with three sets of 10AWG THHN, eachg going to a 30A Fused Disconnect (1 with 30A Fuses and 2 with 10A Fuses) The taps on the load side disconnect are made through mechanical lugs with 3 barrels. Is this a legal installation?

The #10's are feeder taps and need to meet one of the tap rules in 240.21.

Looks OK as long as the length of the tap conductors are 25' or less.

They are all over 10' and under 25'

So the 25' tap rule would apply which is tap conductors must have an ampacity of 1/3 or more of the OCPD ahead of the feeder being tapped.

70*1/3=23.3 amps which would be the minimum ampacity of the taps.
