TB Conduit bodies - Listed for Class 1, Div. 2

Crouse Hinds has TB conduit bodies like a TB67 or T67 that are not listed for Class 1, Div. 2. They are listed for NEMA 3R, non-hazardous area. Emerson has the same catalog number, but has an asterisk stating that these conduit bodies are acceptable for Class 1, Div. 2 due to NEC 501.4 (B). I'm assuming this is an old code reference. Does anyone know where it tells us this is allowed in NEC 2011?
