Hello Guys.
I want to know if someone has the TCC curves from old (Obsolete) Square D ML 3 Pole Circuit breakers (200A,225A,100A,). I am trying to model this ones in ETAP but couldn't find the catalog, manual or TCC yet. Here an image of those guys

Thanks

ML is a type number of panels that was not always descriptive of the breaker that was installed in it. The breakers had part numbers (on their sides) like 999xxx or 997xxx.
Some of the small breakers were called ML, ML-1, or ML-2, the earlier 225A breakers were ML-3. In later part of the 50s, the 225A were type LA (actually they were brand labeled type JKL).

The breaker in your picture is number 997xxxx which is a type ML-3.
