Need to quote a teaching kitchen in an Ag center. 7 ranges, some refrigeration outlets and lighting. Do I use art. 220.86

Need to quote a teaching kitchen in an Ag center. 7 ranges, some refrigeration outlets and lighting. Do I use art. 220.86

I would say yes. It's not a dwelling unit or restaurant and IMO a teaching kitchen would fall under schools.
