TelcoFlex III KS24194 Wire in underground conduit

Hi Everyone,
I need some advice on this wire. It’s “TelcoFlex III KS24194”. I was planning on running it in conduit underground from my house to the garage. I’ve looked up the specs and it’s got a wet location rating but can’t figure out if it’s ok to run in underground conduit. I was told it was ok to do but I’d feel better if it was confirmed. I live in PA. Thanks for the help.

It's listed RHH which is dry to damp locations. RHW is for wet locations which UG conduit is.

So the answer is no.

That stuff's expensive, sell it and buy aluminum XHHW?

I think that’s what I’m going to do. I’ll sell this wire and get XHHW. Thanks a lot for the help. The 60c wet rating threw me off.
