Telephone and cable bonding for new construction

I was told to connect the demarcation box for the tel and cable with separate insulated #6 copper wire back to the panel. Is it necessary, or can I run the #6 through one box then carry through to the other?

There can be no complaint in using a single #6 wire to bond multiple other systems as that is all 250.94(3) requires to be provided as the connection to the service.
