temp power poles

can anyone in washington tell me what the new wac rulle is(or Isnt) for the requirement that temp power poles must now have a disconnecting means ?I thought that the requirement for this went into effect june this year.

Need to read the listing of the disconnecting means. If it states it is a temp site service the breakers that are facotry installed are the disconnecting means. If you put the gear together your self and the disconnect states when used as a light or appliance panel board must install main breaker then you must install a main breaker in that installation.
