What would you say the most economical solution would be for the poles? Not sure I'd want to drive big wooden poles.

There are so many "it depends" in there.... are you the Contractor or a sub?

Initially, crank-up lighting plants might do the job, and IIRC some of the LED ones can run plug-in instead of on the generator.
Or, 20' 4x4 posts a couple of feet into the ground with above-ground bracing (like a temp power pole).
