Have a very large site. Need to temp out a few buildings that are being relocated then demolished. Services currently run underground. The services are between 200A and 600A depending on the building.

Since they will require temp feeders I'm trying to decide whether they would be run overhead or underground. I'm worried if overhead makes most sense they could be in way of construction machines, truck etc.

Thought?
 
Overheat is quite common at construction sites, either you route it along fence lines and the like, or you get the lowest part of the spans over 15' and higher if possible. All that needs to be coordinated with the GC.
