I am unable to find the requirement for sealing a raceway where the ambient temp changes from say an exterior LB fitting to interior(basement PVC). I am certain there is something in the code that pertains to this but cannot locate it. It was explained to me once that by not sealing, moisture can form and run down into the panel. Thanks.
