Do all branch circuits have to be GFCI protected on a construction site?Or just those that serve hand held tools?

The branch circuits are not required to be protected, only the receptacles. All 125-volt, 15,20,and 30-ampere receptacles. Receptacles other than these must have GFCI protection or an assured EGC program.
