temporary cords??

I took and passed my colorado journeymans today and had one ? that I could not find anywhere can you guys help?

temporary cords can be laid on the floor like when used for exhibits and display booths.

A. except for branch circuits

B. when under 150v to ground

C. when SRD cord

D. when kept away from the public

I think that is pretty close to the original ?? and answers.

thanks Celtic, it never crossed my mind to look there and I had another ? about using wire raceways in buildings for gaterings of more than a 100 people so I was right below that answer in the 05 code. I guess I was stuck on temp wiring and flexible cords.
