I also have one partial week of data from an Ideal PQ meter that correlates with TED5000's data. Unfortunately I didn't loose any equipment while it was attached so all it is useful for is to prove the accuracy of TED5000's data.
Since I know it is not a secondary side neutral problem summing L-N voltages, in my opinion, is not a huge deal. I've had losses on both sides, A&B.
I could believe there was erroneous data coming out of the MTU if it had continued to happen and if it did not coincide with the loss of equipment and POCO involvement.
There are plenty of cases of people using TED5000 data in cases against POCOs and winning. I have no concerns with taking the info I have into court if I can't get this resolved outside of court. I believe I have enough evidence in my favor and correlating info to substantiate my claim.
