Yes, portable is the correct term, but temp is shorter .

I also agree in the 90 day clock, but there's been a lot of discussion about that- 590.3(B) seems really clear but folks read all kinds of other things into it.

Right but 590 is for temporary, not portable. So in keeping to a portable application 590 doesn't apply.
