Terra Cotta Duct Bank Repair

Is there a method/procedure to repair a broken terra cotta/clay duct bank without removing the existing cables?

I know this can be done with broken PVC conduits using a split PVC conduit.

Can you sleeve a split PVC conduit over the existing cables and sleeve the split PVC into the duct bank and then seal around the PVC conduit?
