Tesla Backup Switch PG&E Application

We're possibly going to start installing Tesla's Powerwall + with the Tesla Backup Switch (meter socket isolating switch). I have yet to explore this option, and my first question is: has anyone done these with PG&E? if so, where is the application? I looked on Your Projects briefly and can't see how you apply and what the process is to get a meter tech out to install it.
