I need to decide between the following 2 meters. I am not familiar with either of the brand names, and was hoping that somebody on the forum is. The 2 companies are:
1) Instek
2) Vitrek

The Vitrek V74 is about $700 more expensive but includes a low resistance meter that the Instek does not offer. The types of testing that I have to do are Ground Continuity and Insulation resistance.
I can use the ground bond feature to test continuity, so the low resistance meter is not a necessity. Is there any other differences between these 2 brands/meters that anyone else knows about?
