Becasue I can do it in about 5 minutes with the custom MCCB test rig my company uses (And designed and built), so I offer it as a free service to my customers.

So these guys can take out a main breaker bring it to your shop. Let you test it then bring it back and they install it. Or buy a new one then install it.
I think you just like showing off your breaker tester
But I am sure it does make for good customer relations. Every little bit helps.

I don't lose customers, most of them get shipped in, not many drop offs.
