NFPA 70E 250.3(B) says that ground sets shall be tested at a minimum of three years. Does anyone know the testing requirements?:-?

The American Society for Testing and Materials has a standard for testing ground clusters; it is ASTM F2249-03. There are vendors that sell testers specifically designed for testing safety grounds. My company recently purchased a White Safetyline GT400 HDXL safety ground tester for testing ground cables. One other thing to watch for is the appropriate rating for safety grounds. Per OSHA, the ground cables must be capable of withstanding the maximum allowable fault current. We just had to replace 40 each 2/0 sets with 4/0 sets to ensure compliance.
