Thanks to all for the Q's&A's. For most part you all do a very good job with the help we ask for. But they are some in every bunch that just like to spout there mouth off. If all would remember this is Mike Holt's web. page. If all would look at one of the opening pages of his books he (Mike) gives thanks to The one an only Lord Jesus Christ. Without him we are nothing. But with him in our lives anything an all things are possible.
Thanks to all for the positive input to all our Q's & An's. :)

What you may not understand is the process here. Sometimes when an answer is provided here by a poster, it may not be an answer as we understand answers, but a test to see what the person who is answering really understands for him/herself.
For example.
I will sometimes post an answer just waiting for a response to see if in fact I do understand the topic. If my answer is incorrect or not "on the money",it will not take long to find out if I did or didn't post correctly. That is one of the ways I have learned on this site - sort of trial by fire. ;)

One other item.
We are not all writing experts, and others will take what has been written as an offense, when no offense has been meant. I do not believe there is much of that going on here, so do not be hesitant to post - we all learn from it.

This is a complex industry, and we certainly cannot learn it all - but this site is a very good resource for many topics.

This is a place for answers ,this is a place to vent.We all have our reasons to keep coming back here but the main reason is that here we can come vent argue get peed at others and say hi brother the next day.
I have had a few personal goings on with a few members of this forum,but at the same time I still respect them .Even though they might be a pompous well rear at that point in time.I still say thanks for being there to answer questions ,critic my answers and just want to say this is the #1 site I have found.
