There seems to be a lot of discussion here on pricing, and not coming off your pricing just to compete, which I agree with, but it is very difficult to do depending on the market competition. I was behind a van today in traffic and his window sticker caught my attention and will become my new sig, but I thought I would share because it seems to be very well stated. It might be a good ice breaker with the next customer that wants to "haggle."

i've got some old zig ziglar CD's my dad gave me a long time ago. . .. maybe i should dig those out of the closet and give them another listen.
