I guess if you have had that much trouble with the EC's not sizing properly,You have to try something different! If they can follow the plans when the GEC is full size,You would think they could do the same if the one line either drew it out or had a note stating "follow this GES one line to the letter" or it's on you.
The reason I said it's just wrong,is for the guys who know how to do it but have to install the 'full size' anyway. As you probally know,it doesn't take much to get an additude at the good ole' job site.
