Thermal Performance in Panel : @ Breaker Joint with change in bus bar

If we change bus bar length as well volume of panel .what will be impact on breaker joint temperature
Keeping bus bar cross section same.
 
Panel type? 240V distribution, Lighting, 6.6 kV Switchgear or ??
Voltage? 15 kV, 120/240V, 400V, 480/277V, or ??
Breaker Amapcity? 4,000 A, 20A 1-pole, 200 Amp 2-pole?
Location: USA, Canada, Australia or ?- That will help us know which codes might apply?

A little more data will help. There may be other items besides temperature rise you need to think about.
 
Your intent is to add additional circuit breakers? WHY????? Install a new panel
